Jennifer is a Manipulative Therapist, a Clinical Pilates instructor Level 4 and the Practice Principal of Jennifer Finnie and Associates.  

 Her special interests include:

  • Neck/back pain and dance related injuries.

  • Hand therapy 

  • Motor Control retraining and its role in managing and preventing injuries 

  • The Clinical Pilates Method to progress motor control training

DEIDRE NORGARD

One of our primary hand therapists, Deidre has 18 years of experience in working with local hand surgeons.

  

Her special interests are:

 

  • Hands

  • Necks

  • Shoulders

  • Upper limb movement disorders

 

Deidre's caring patient nature makes her a favourite with her clients.

SARAH FORBES

Sarah Forbes (Knights) has special skills in the treatment and diagnosis of spinal conditions, including cervicogenic headaches and dizziness.

She also has an intense interest in:

  • running related injuries,

  • shoulders and

  • postural education. 

 

As a a fully qualified DMA Clinical Pilates Clinician Sarah can incorporate specific exercise to enhance your recovery from pain or injury.

JANE STOODLEY

As well as having extensive knowledge of Musculoskeletal therapy  and world reknown  McKenzie technique, Jane: 

  •  is a fully qualified DMA Clinical Pilates Clinician

Clinical Pilates is ideal for:

 

  • enhancing rehabilitation outcomes,

  • addressing postural and motor-control issues and

  • managing chronic pain.

Jane's special interests are

 

  • Motor-control disorders

  • Lower Limb Rehabilitation

  • Falls Prevention, and
